Al-Zahraa College of Medicine participated in three important investment projects for the community on the first working day at the University of Basra. Where a number of college students presented the projects, which are (production of laboratory supplies, including laboratory culture media for bacteria, media that transmit viruses, and laboratory solutions. The second project was entitled producing efficient sterilizers, providing sterilization services for companies, institutions, and hospitals, and studying the efficiency of sterilization in it), while the third project was (Quality Control Project of antibiotics available in the market. The projects won the approval of the president of the university, and he hoped to work on establishing these projects and contributing to raising the level of work among university students.
