With God’s blessing, the shortlist for the Times Higher Education Awards (Oscars for Higher Education) has been officially announced for the 8 best universities in Asia in the field of leadership, team management, creativity, and the arts among (508) international universities competing. Basra is among the best competitive colleges that will attend the Higher Education Oscar ceremony, which will be held in (Japan) on May 31, 2022

Note that Al-Zahraa College of Medicine, and the College of Fine Arts are the first colleges in Iraq to enter this classification and compete for victory
