A delegation from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research visits Al-Zahraa College of Medicine at Basrah University on Thursday 23-6-2022, represented by the Undersecretary for Administrative Affairs, Dr. Ali Hamid Kazem Al-Shukri.
Where the delegation was received by the chancellor of Basrah University, Prof. Saad Shaheen, the Dean of   Al-Zahraa college of medicine, Prof. Mazen Hawaz Abdul Redha, The Dean of Pharmacy, Prof. Dr. Falah Hassan, the Associate Dean for Administrative Affairs, Dr. Haitham Al-Momen, the Associate Dean for Scientific Affairs, Dr. Jawad Al-Khurasani, and a group of faculty members.

The delegation was accompanied by the dean of the college and the assistants deans, where all the stations of the OSCII exam for the second stage students were reviewed by the ministerial delegation, and then the labs of simulation of educational dolls were visited in the faculty, and the work of the laboratories was clarified by the administrative assistant Dr. Haitham Al-Momen and the scientific assistant Dr. Jawad Ramadan, then the electronic follow-up room was visited by the ministerial delegation, and the mechanism of the room’s work and ways to communicate with the ministry and the university were clarified. The ministerial delegation expressed its admiration for the possibilities available in the College of Medicine and at the University of Basrah in general. For his part, the Deputy Minister confirmed that the University of Basrah was keen to provide all the necessary requirements for the success of the educational process.
