In cooperation with Al-Rafidain Chess Training and Education Center, the Student Activities Unit prepared and trained participants in chess on Saturday, 10/21/2023, at the Al-Zahraa College of Medicine - University of Basra, as the training was to prepare for the Rabd Championship, consisting of 7 rounds with a time of 10 and an addition of 5 seconds. For every completed move, there is a Fisher system, and this tournament comes within the joint cooperation between the Student Activities Unit at the college and the Chess Federation, Basra Branch, which organizes and supervises the tournament.

The Student Activities Unit had previously held a table tennis tournament for the University President’s Cup for male and female students, with the participation of a large group of students from the colleges of Al-Zahraa Medicine, Basra Medicine, Dentistry, Management, Economics, Arts, Law, Arts, and Nursing on 16/10/2023.

The unit prepared medals and prizes for the final of the Cup of the Honorable President of the University of Basra for table tennis (male and female students) today, Monday, 10/23/2023, at ten in the morning in the halls of the Al-Zahraa College of Medicine - University of Basra / Bab Al-Zubair College Complex.
