Under the patronage of the Dean of Al-Zahraa College of Medicine, Professor Dr. Mazen Hawaz Abdel-Rida Al-Muharam and his assistants, and under the direct supervision of the Director of Student Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Wamid Hashem Al-Qatrani.
Al-Zahraa College of Medicine - Basra University continues the process of registering students admitted to it, according to ministerial regulations for the first stage of the 2023-2024 academic year, by completing all registration procedures, overcoming obstacles facing students and auditors, and by checking official documents and books during student registration.

The Director of Student Affairs emphasized that the work was organized in a highly efficient manner through the formation of committees to organize the workflow and prepare the place with all the required supplies. A reception and guidance hall for students was allocated, and the Accounts Committee, the Legal Committee, and a specialized staff were prepared to manage student affairs, with great effort and organization by the Registration Committee.
Note that the registration process for new students began last week in all universities after the announcement of central admission  by the Ministry of Higher Education  and Scientific Research.
