Under the patronage of the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine of Al-Zahraa, the respected Professor Dr. Mazen Hawaz, and the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, the respected Professor Dr. Jawad Ramadan, the Faculty of Medicine of Al-Zahraa, represented by the teacher, Dr. Hadeel Salman Hassan - Chairman - held an introductory and awareness seminar for first-stage students, in cooperation with the Educational Guidance Center - Chairman. University of Basra Lecturer Dr. Tahrir Zaki Hassan, after welcoming the dear students, the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs explained during the symposium the system of study in the college, and the excellence of the interactive participation of students during lectures, as well as the mechanism for conducting and distributing exam grades, and the Director of Student Affairs - Assistant Professor Dr. Wamid Hashem Hussein presented During the symposium, the mechanism of attendance and absences, the student discipline law, and the mechanism for postponing exams and the academic year, and in the presence of Assistant Professor Dr. Abeer Laili (responsible for the first stage) and several professors who are members of the Educational Guidance Unit, Dr. Tahrir Zaki Hassan touched on many awareness and guidance topics for first-stage students and showed several directives and methods. Solving students’ problems by communicating with the guidance unit directly and according to the stage distribution among teachers during their academic journey.
