With the participation of medical and academic figures, the Iraqi Doctors Syndicate - Basra Branch sponsors honoring fellow doctors, graduates of the College of Basra Medicine, first batch 1973 AD, the top students in the first batch in the Al-Zahra College of Medicine, and the top students in the Basra College of Medicine - Class 2022-2023 AD, on Saturday, 12/23/2023, in the hall Union branch headquarters.
With the participation of the President of the University of Basra, Professor Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi, Dean of the Al-Zahra College of Medicine, Professor Dr. Mazen Hawaz Abdel-Rida, the respected Dean of the College of Basra Medicine, and the Dean of the Basra University College of Science and Technology, distinguished gentlemen.

Dr. Kazem Qasim Al-Rubaie and Dr. Mohsen Jarallah Al-Fartusi were honored as graduates of Basra Medicine for the year 1973 AD, 50 years after their graduation in the first batch of the Basra College of Medicine, and consultant surgeon Dr. Hashim Al-Khayyat for 53 years of his work serving citizens and teaching Basra doctors.
