Under the patronage of the Dean of Al-Zahraa College of Medicine, Assistant Professor Dr. Jawad Ramadan Fadhil, and in coordination with the Student Activities Department at the Presidency of Basra University, Al-Zahraa College of Medicine is organizing a tree planting campaign with the participation of a group of college students during March 2025. This event is part of the activities organized by the college for the second semester of the academic year 2025/2026.

Objective of the Campaign

The tree planting campaign aims to raise environmental awareness among students and contribute to improving the environment around the college. By planting trees and plants, students aim to create green spaces that help improve air quality and provide areas for relaxation and comfort.

Student Participation

A group of enthusiastic students from Al-Zahraa College of Medicine will participate in the tree planting campaign, planting trees and plants in various areas of the college. Campaign Supervision

The campaign will be supervised by:
- Assistant Professor Dr. Ghassan Habib Abdulwahab
- Assistant Lecturer Wafa Hassan Kazem
- Assistant Lecturer Shatha Shakir Khushen

Additionally, the campaign will be supervised by the Administrative Affairs Assistant Dean, Professor Dr. Haitham Ali Hussein Al-Moamen, and the Scientific Affairs Assistant Dean, Lecturer Dr. Ihsan Mardan Hamoud. The supervisors will organize the event and guide the students to ensure the success of the tree planting campaign and the achievement of its goals.
