3- Coordination with members of the central follow-up department at the university presidency and the follow-up departments in the colleges and centers adjacent to the college buildings, as well as with the morning university guards at the Bab al-Zubair site to report any person who behaves in a way that raises suspicion and suspiciousness, as well as people who enter the university campus and carry weapons in a security capacity without Coordination with the University Intelligence Office or without obtaining approval from the Presidency of the University of Basra or the National Security Department in its coordinating capacity with the University of Basra.
4- Organizing the work by using (pages) that are numbered and recording the names of the visitors in a special register that indicates the name of the employee or teaching staff who is intended to be interviewed, mentioning the scientific branch or administrative unit in which he is supposed to be located.
5- Utilizing the inquiries component to monitor and monitor the movement of suspected elements, as well as monitoring the continuity of the general situation within the college.
6- Enforcing security within the campus of Al-Zahraa College of Medicine and its affiliated areas, and providing protection for all members and students of the college, while trying to encourage the preservation of the college’s property.
7- Responding to all of the visitors’ various inquiries and directing them properly to the appropriate place for their requirements.
8- Solve the problems and complaints of auditors, by receiving any problem encountered by the auditor and their special complaint and then referring it to the responsible persons to deal with the auditor’s requests properly.
9- Receiving inquiries about those coming to the college, registering them, and then directing them in an organized manner without making them feel hesitant or confused.
10- The Information Division is dedicated to appearing in its best light before reviewers and visitors in order to reflect a positive image of Al-Zahraa College of Medicine and the University of Basra.
