Student Discipline Instructions

Instructions for students' discipline in the Universities of the Ministry of Higher Education and scientific research- Iraq

The student is bound by the following:

A

First - compliance with laws, regulations, internal regulations, instructions, and orders issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and scientific research and its institutions (university, college, etc.)
Second - Not to prejudice religious beliefs, national unity, or national feelings by badly or intentionally stirring up sectarian strife.

Third - Not to harm the reputation of the ministry or its institutions, by word or deed, inside or outside it.

Fourth - Avoidance of high discipline and respect for the administration, faculty, and staff that contradicts university behavior and collegial relations and cooperation between students.

Fifth - Correct, disciplined behavior that will positively affect him upon appointment and nomination for scholarships and academic fellowships.

Sixth - To refrain from any action that would disturb the order, peace, and tranquility on the university campus.

Seventh- Preserving the academic supplies and the properties of the university,  college, or institute.
Eighth - Not to prejudice the smooth functioning of the study at the college or institute.

Ninth - Adherence to the standard uniform prescribed for students, taking into account the privacy of each university.

Tenth - Avoid calling for the establishment of organizations that would deepen discrimination or practice any kind of persecution Political, religious or social. Eleventh- Avoid propaganda for any party, political organization, ethnic, national, or sectarian group, whether that be hanging pictures, banners, posters, or holding seminars.

Twelfth - Not to invite party figures to give lectures or hold partisan or religious propaganda seminars inside the campus
University to preserve national unity.
B
A student shall be punished with a warning if he commits one of the following offenses:

First - Failure to adhere to the uniform prescribed by the university or institution.

Second - Offending collegial relations between students or bypassing it by saying to one of the students.
 

C
The student with a warning shall be punished if he commits one of the following offenses:

First - Actually, he should be punished with a warning before he is punished with the warning penalty.

Second - A breach of an order, tranquility, and tranquility in the university, body, college, or institute.
D
The student shall be punished with dismissal for a period of (30) thirty days if he commits one of the following offenses:

First - Actually deserves to be punished with a warning before he is punished with the warning penalty. Fourthly - his putting up posters - inside the university campus - that violate public order and morals.
E
A student is punished with temporary dismissal from the university for a period not exceeding one academic year if he commits one of the offenses
The following:

First - If he repeatedly committed one of the acts stipulated in Article (4) of these instructions,

Secondly - He practiced or incited against sectarian or ethnic groupings or political or party groupings inside the campus
Undergraduate.
Third - Actually assaulting one of the university's employees who is not a faculty member.

Fourth - Student use of violence against his fellow students. 

Fifth  - Students carried weapons of all kinds, with or without leave, on campus. Sixth - It is deliberately or seriously neglected to cause damage to the property of the university, body, college, or institute.

Seventh - Insulting the national unity or religious beliefs.

Eighth - bypassing it by saying to one of the faculty members inside or outside the college or institute.

Ninth - insulting the reputation of the university or organization, by word or deed.

Tenth - Intentional breach of the proper course of the study. Twelfth - Proof of defrauding and defrauding fellow students and members of the college or institute.
F
The student shall be punished by final dismissal from the college or institute and by a decision of the university or the commission, and his registration shall be determined if he commits one of them.

The following violations:

First - Repeating one of the violations stipulated in Article (5) of these instructions

Second - Actually assaulting one of the faculty members or lecturers at the university, institution, college, or institute.

Third - Attaining it is a disgraceful act that is contrary to morals and public morals.

Fourth- Student submits any forged documents, books, or documents with the knowledge that they are forged or that he is one of the instigators of
Counterfeiting.

Fifth - It is proven that he committed an act that violates security and tranquility on the university campus or his participation in it or assistance in it.

Sixth - When he is convicted of a dishonorable felony or misdemeanor, the period of his sentence therein increases to more than one year.
