Al-Zahraa College of Medicine conducts the comprehensive ministerial evaluation exam for sixth-stage students for the academic year 2022/2023

 

In accordance with the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the comprehensive evaluation exam was conducted for sixth-year medical students, aiming to ensure scientific rigor and measure the academic achievement indicators for specialties directly related to community life.

The exam was monitored and supervised by the Dean of Al-Zahraa College of Medicine, Professor Dr. Mazen Hawaz, the Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Jawad Ramadan, and the e-Learning Coordinator, Dr. Waleed Al-Hashimi. It took place at the College of Computer Science and Information Technology at the University of Basra.

The comprehensive exam was attended by the President of the University of Basrah, Professor Dr. Saad Shahin, demonstrating his support and encouragement for students to achieve academic success and enhance their scientific capabilities.

This step comes as part of the continuous efforts to develop and improve the level of medical education and ensure the quality of scientific outputs through periodic evaluation of students and their abilities in various medical fields, thereby enhancing the scientific capacities and practical skills necessary for efficient medical practice.

The comprehensive evaluation exam is part of a comprehensive approach to assessing students, based on rigorous scientific standards. It contributes to raising the level of medical education in the country and reaffirms the commitment of the ministry and universities to graduate distinguished and qualified doctors capable of facing health challenges and providing optimal healthcare for the community. A group of faculty members from Al-Zahra College of Medicine participated in monitoring the examination process.
