As part of the University of Basra’s celebrations of the sixtieth anniversary of its founding, the University President, Dr. Muhannad Jawad Kazem, honored the distinguished employees and teachers and a number of scientific academic groups and creative sports teams during the central ceremony, and in a large official presence, during the celebration, Assistant Professor Dr. Abeer Laila, teaching assistant in the microbiology branch at Al-Zahraa College of Medicine, was honored during the celebration. For honoring the distinguished teaching professor, Professor Imad Adel Jassim, Director of the Legal Division at Al-Zahraa College of Medicine, for honoring the distinguished employee, this is our gratitude for their distinguished efforts in the college. This was done in the presence of the Governor of Basra, amid an atmosphere of joy and happiness on this anniversary, which is dear to the university’s members.
