As part of ongoing efforts to develop academic and administrative staff, Al-Zahraa College of Medicine witnessed notable participation in the ministerial course titled "Administrative Investigation," organized by the Continuing Education Center at the University of Basra. Assistant Lecturer Ibrahim Iyad Jihad and Legal Department Head Emad Adel Jassim from Al-Zahraa College participated in the course, which covered the subject of administrative investigation. The course focused on examining and investigating issues related to administration and institutions, highlighting its importance in maintaining integrity and transparency within academic institutions. It also addressed the establishment of investigative committees, the key laws governing disciplinary actions, the methods of conducting investigations, and disciplinary measures according to the Law of Discipline of State Employees and the Public Sector. The course was attended by department heads and unit managers from various colleges at the University of Basra, where they discussed the mechanisms of administrative investigation and effective ways to handle administrative cases efficiently. The course aims to enhance participants' skills in the field of administrative investigation and ensure the effective implementation of laws and regulations.
