A student from Al-Zahraa College of Medicine achieved the 32nd place in the Higher Education Reading Competition in its second edition for the year 2024, thus recording an honorable achievement for Al-Zahraa College of Medicine and the University of Basra.
Student Maysam Ahmed Kazem Mozan excelled in reading and analyzing two books, "Islamic Views on the Declaration of Human Rights" by the martyr Sayyid Muhammad al-Sadr and "The Civilizational Question.. How Do We Invent Our Future in a Changing World" by the Saudi writer Zaki al-Milad, achieving a score of 82 with a time of 17 minutes and 85.67 seconds out of (1327) students from various scientific and human specializations.
This achievement is evidence of the excellence of the students of Al-Zahraa College of Medicine, and their constant pursuit of excellence in various scientific and cultural fields. It also reflects the efforts of the college in instilling the values of science and knowledge in the souls of its students.
