Al-Zahraa Medical College at the University of Basrah recently hosted a workshop titled "Medical Education", delivered by the Dean of the College. The event saw active participation from faculty members and academic professionals.

The workshop focused on two main topics:

1. How to Be a Good Teacher: This session highlighted the essential qualities and skills needed to excel as an educator. Key points included effective communication, strategic planning, and innovative teaching methods to engage and motivate students.
2. How to Conduct TBL Effectively: The Dean presented strategies for designing and implementing Team-Based Learning (TBL) to enhance student participation and develop their practical and interpersonal skills.
