The Dean of Al-Zahraa College of Medicine, Assistant Professor Dr. Jawad Ramadan, held a joint meeting with the Associate Dean for Administrative Affairs, Professor Dr. Haitham Hussein, and Assistant Professor Dr. Waleed Al-Hashimi, along with representatives from a company specialized in server installation.
The meeting aimed to discuss the feasibility of installing the necessary servers and evaluate the possibility of implementing an electronic examination system at the college. During the discussion, the technical requirements and infrastructure needed for the project were reviewed, as well as the timelines and implementation mechanisms.
Dr. Jawad Ramadan emphasized the importance of enhancing the technological infrastructure at the college to provide advanced educational services that meet student aspirations and align with the digital transformation of academic institutions. He also highlighted that adopting an electronic examination system is a significant step towards improving transparency and efficiency in academic performance assessment.
The attendees agreed on the importance of continuous collaboration between the college and the company to ensure the project is executed to the highest standards. It was also decided to hold additional meetings to finalize the studies and outline the implementation steps.
