Under the patronage of the President of the University of Basrah, Professor Muhannad Jawad Kadhim , and supervised by the Dean of Al-Zahraa College of Medicine, Assistant Professor Jawad Ramadan Fadhil , Al-Zahraa College of Medicine, in collaboration with the Department of Microbiology and the Department of Anatomy, and in coordination with the Center for Development and Continuing Education, organized a scientific workshop titled: "Preparation of Culture Media, Bacterial Cultivation, and Diagnosis."

Workshop Objectives

1. Preparation of Culture Media: Teaching students the proper techniques for preparing bacterial growth media.  
2. Bacterial Cultivation: Training students in precise procedures for bacterial sample cultivation.  
3. Bacterial Diagnosis: Developing students' ability to identify and classify bacteria using various laboratory techniques.  

Importance of the Workshop

This workshop is an essential part of the ongoing efforts by Al-Zahraa College of Medicine to equip students with practical skills required in the medical and laboratory fields.
