A team of amateurs was merged consisting of a group of doctors, led by Dr. Digham, engineers and employees interested in manufacturing electronic models with automatic remote control have joined the university so that we now have a remote control team of the University of Basrah
Among their impressive works, Dr. He produced a controlled boat to collect water samples from rivers for study, and this was done in record time. It was tested yesterday in the University Fountain and then in the Basra River, and it collected 500 ml of water samples, efficiently and very quickly.
The first model boat is now ready for use by the Shatt Al-Arab Water Pollution Control Team of the University of Basra.
Among the future projects of the team, which it is currently working on, are:

1- Flying pharmacy
2- The controlled agricultural plane to spray seeds to plant large areas with seeds of perennial trees.
3- A plane to spray pesticides
4- Boats to take mud samples from the bottom of rivers.
5- An aircraft to check air pollution in nearby rivers, near oil wells, and others.
