Dr Ahmed Muhammad Al-Sammak, a lecturer at  Al-Zahraa College of Medicine published a scientific research paper, in cooperation with researchers, Dr Sajad from College of Medicine at Basrah university and Dr Hashim from Kufa university entitled"The Usage Of Mitomycin-C With Photorefractive Keratectomy In Myopic Patients And Its Effect On Density Of Corneal Endothelium" In the international journal European Journal of Molecular & Clinical Medicine within the containers of Scopes, the goal of the research is to know the extent of the effect of this substance on the inner corneal cells, as the results showed the use of this substance for a period of more than 20 seconds, which affects the number of internal corneal cells.
