The Deanship of Al-Zahraa College of Medicine - Basra University organized a mourning pause for the soul of the deceased, Assistant Professor Dr. (Miami Kazem Youssef), a lecturer at Al-Zahraa College of Medicine and head of the Children’s Branch.
A mourning vigil was held in the presence of the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Jawad Ramadan, teachers, staff and students of Al-Zahraa College of Medicine in front of the college hall complex building.
The pause included a minute of silence and the reading of the blessed Surat Al-Fatihah, out of mercy for the soul of the deceased. It also included a speech by Dr. Jawad Ramadan, which expressed the overflowing feelings of the professors, employees and students towards the deceased because of the special place she had in her professional life, her dedication and sincerity in work, and the remembrance of her exploits, her good academic career, her morals and her kindness to everyone. Her colleagues, including teachers, employees, and students at the college, offer their sincere prayers to the Almighty God to cover him with his mercy and inspire his family and lovers with patience and solace. May God have mercy on our deceased. We belong to God and to Him we shall return.
