Under the patronage of the Scientific Activities Group of the Royal College of Physicians Fellows Network in Iraq, a training workshop titled "Introductory Course in ECG Interpretation" was held, targeting sixth-year students from Al-Zahraa College of Medicine and the College of Medicine, University of Basrah. The workshop provided intensive scientific training on interpreting electrocardiograms (ECG) and was supervised by a group of specialized physicians: Assistant Professor Dr. Mazen Abdul-Hazza, Assistant Professor Dr. Abdul Ameer Abdul Bari, and Consultant Physician Dr. Asaad Hassan Kadhim.

The workshop focused on delivering a comprehensive introduction to ECG interpretation, a critical skill required for medical students as part of their training. It was designed to equip students with theoretical knowledge and practical tools to accurately analyze ECG patterns, enhancing their clinical expertise and preparing them to face real-life medical scenarios.

They performed exceptionally well in the preliminary test conducted before the start of the workshop, reflecting their strong academic background. Their remarkable progress and creativity were further evident in the final test held after the completion of the workshop, showcasing significant improvement in their skills and understanding of the scientific material presented.
