Basrah University organizes a workshop entitled "The effect of drugs on society and its relationship to the Corona pandemic"
The Al-Zahraa College of Medicine at University of Basrah  organized a workshop entitled “The Impact of Drugs on Society and Its Relation to the Coronavirus Pandemic,” in which Dr. Abbas Jumah, Dr. Heba Abdul-Hussein, and the Dean of Law, Ali Jihad, Associate of the Advanced Training Center in the South, lectured on the Zoom platform
The workshop included three axes, the first axis discussed drug addiction in general, the second axis discussed the effect of drugs on the individual and society, while the third axis discussed addiction and the Corona virus

The workshop recommended increasing societal awareness and the need for parents to follow their sons and talk to them and not be distracted from them as well as to the need to increase awareness seminars for youth
